What we can help with
- An offer that does not work. Tell us the retailer and the code and we will check it against the source and remove it if it has expired.
- An offer that is wrong. If a listing does not match what the retailer’s own site says, we want to know — getting the terms right matters more to us than carrying an extra listing.
- Retailers and networks. If you run a shop or manage an affiliate programme and would like your offers listed, or would like them corrected or removed, get in touch.
- Anything about your order. We are not the retailer and cannot see your order, process a refund or apply a discount after the fact. For anything to do with a purchase, contact the shop you bought from directly — they will be able to help far faster than we can.
We read everything that comes in and aim to reply within two working days.
